Exposure/Technique - I need help in Photo Sharing section

Hi all

I wasn't sure whether to post here or the sharing section. As it really is a C&C I thought it best in the sharing section.

But decided to put this thread on here, to hopefully direct some of you to the thread as I NEVER EVER want to cock-up like this again.

looks like a white balance issue to me. I see you have it set to auto!
