Hello everyone,
I am having great difficulty getting a correct exposure from my meter when I use either of my two film cameras. I set the camera to the settings, but they all come out under exposed. The Mamiya 645 underexposes in the priority modes as well though. Can anyone shed any light on this for me.

Are you using a seperate hand held meter or a metering system thats built into the cameras?

Edit...If built in meters then perhaps they are knackered!

If a seperate handheld meter, perhaps this is innacurate or maybe there is a shutter speed problem with the camera.

Are you using the proper battery or a replacement? Not sure in your case, but some of the older batteries were 1.35 volts and physical fit replacements are 1.5v. A higher voltage can make your meter read high creating under exposure. Presume you are also sure your film stock is ok and the same with your developer and not under developing?
