Thanks for adding this Mike, a really nice simple illustration of the absolute basics of exposure.

Hope you managed to get all the elephants rounded up and shipped back to their usual stomping grounds btw

And for anyone else reading this, YES, some people still actually DO count elephants for timing exposures - I often do it using my pinhole camera

Yeah.. all rounded p and put to bed... back to shaking the living-room ceiling, this morning, but all quiet now they are out to graze... or was that my daughter? Hard to tell
