Yes
In the days of film I used Exposure bracketing a lot but now we have PS .
Ok I have a shot planed I will have just a few mins and only one chance to do the shot.
As I have to back pack all the gear no laptop so no camera pro2
I need to use a tripod and not move anything
I can not find auto bracket on my D60 even if It has it
I do have a remote trigger so I do not have to touch the camera
The shot is contre-jour at sun rise and fill in flash is a no go
I think I need 3 stops bracket to stand a chance of layer masking and pulling the exposure in PS.
So I plan to hold different nd gels in front of the lens and fire away

Has anyone got thoughts or suggestions on this

A quick google proves there is no auto bracketing on the D60 :( Upgrade your camera :exit:

Could you maybe set up on the tripod and fire off a few extra shots for layering afterwards in Ps I don't think it will be a problem in a few minutes. I can fill a CF card in under a couple of minutes

Welcome to TP btw and look forward to seeing your results

ND gels might not do you any favours on image quality, but decent ones should be okay. Test first.
