For me, that is a little too basic. It would be a good idea to say what a 'Stop' is earlier, rather than just mentioning it near the end. It is a term used a lot, and how the term is interchangeable between Aperture, Shutter and ISO needs to be explained imho. You could do that with a definition of a Stop, and then mention it throughout to emphasize its uses.
If your handout is part of a demonstration, then it may be sufficient, but to just offer that as is leaves a lot out for me.
Slightly more advanced than what you may be attempting, but I would also mention that the camera always attempts to get the same amount of light depending on how it measures the light in the scene, which is one of the reasons apertures, shutters and ISO may alter in changing lighting conditions.
Changes in Depth of Field, (which may need explaining) Slow/Fast shutter speeds for effect, (with demo pics of different shutter speed effects) and changes to ISO to aid with certain 'effects'. or to take pics in low light may also be explained.
Again, it depends on how much you go into with a demonstration and handout.
Hope you take this in the way it is meant, as an attempt to help. I have made a number of handouts on various Photography subjects as part of my job, and it is difficult to strike the right balance of clarity and information with a complex subject.
