Exporting from Lightroom to PS CC problem

Photoshop CC was recently updated and since the update I have been unable to export images from LR to edit in PS.

Has anyone had the same problem? It's now beyond the point of frustration.
 
Just tried on mine with no problems. It has not turned on graphics acceleration ( edit>preferences>performance -use graphics processor) by any chance has it as that can completely screw it up.
If I have it turned on I get exactly the same PS will not open the image and LR locks up
