Yes
What size do you export for web, facebook etc??

I normally resize to about 1024x768 but does facebook not automatically resize them when you upload them?

Think Facebook has a max size of 720 so I make my longest size 720 to avoid any resizing by FB... Not sure if it does or doesn't mind you...

So if I just export at 700 on longest edge that should be fine? Mainly to keep file sizes down..

I guess so...

Thanks guy's..

For web I export at 800px for web, but the Lightroom preset I use for Facebook exports at 1024px, so I've left it at that, although if 720px is their maximum (I thought they'd increased it recently) I will probably change it to that.

Facebook changed the max size, i think it's 960 now...

Just seen this: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photo...port_images_at_multiple_resolutions_in_one_go

"I have discovered through experimentation that photos published to Facebook look best at 2048 pixels on the longest side (the maximum it supports) but images measuring 960 pixels on the longest side come a very close second so that's what I export at when Facebook. "

Is that valid? Loads of mixed opinions and settings and im struggling to find a definitive answer?

I go for 960, it seems to work fine. The best way is to try it yourself and decide from there.

They don't take copyright. When you register you give them permission to show the photos that you upload...
