Export settings in LR5?

I'm a bit stumped here!
When i try to export a file in LR5 it exports the whole batch!!
As far as i know I haven't changed any settings, how can I get it back to exporting just the one pic at a time?!?!

Just select the one image that you want to export.

It won't!!
I took over 1200 images at a festival last weekend so imported them into LR5.
When I select an image to export (either in library or Develop page) it proceeds to export all 1200!!!
I'm really confused!

I've figured it out!
cmd+D or deselect all!
I must have pressed something by accident that selected ALL images!! Doh!
