exif from facebook pics?

HI there,

Is it possible to get any EXIF data from pics people post on facebook?

I ask because about a few months ago I lent a P&S to someone, which mysteriously got nicked... and I am having a few doubts.

Correct. When you upload it puts the iptc details in the comments but these can be deleted.

Dunno if it's just me but FB used to take the Creator EXIF field and add it to the description but it doesn't seem to do it for me any more
