Yes
Is there such a thing as planning/layout software that lets you sketch out wall space dimensions for a gallery space, drag/input prints on to it and it allows you to rearrange to suit etc?

A quick search came up with nothing. I want to see if I can arrange stuff 'virtually' before hanging.

I can't think of anything specific.
However, you could try Microsoft Visio, or Microsoft PowerPoint, they would allow you to set up an 'area' and then drag/drop images around.
Alternatively, there is a cad program called AutoCAD 123d which is free, if you want to go all-out on the design.

Thanks. Might have to take a look at some thing like that, I can't find anything more specific.
