Instead of the usual posts of people complaining about poor service I wanted to do the opposite.

Traded in my D80 as a part exchange towards a Sigma 24-70 2.8 from mbphotographic.

First class service, excellent communication back and forward via email, my D80 was checked very quickly and my sigma sent out next day delivery.

I am now a very happy owner of a nice sigma 2.8 to go with my recently purchased D700 :)

Nice one Clarke and I can only echo your sentiments.

I've dealt with these guys several times and have never been disappointed.

Always accurate descriptions of their goods and a first class service to boot!

I'll be back on their site when I can afford to trade-up my 50D to a 7D or 5DMkII !!:thumbs:

Same here, great service. I went away for a few days & they quite happily slowed things down for me. I'm a really happy customer & would readily use them again
 
Just ordered a macro lens from them tonight so fingers crossed it gets sent out tomorrow :) do they use courier or royal mail?

I dont know which courier they use, and i decided today to go and pick the Macro lens up, and bought a couple of bags whilst i was there.... woops!

Nice little drive, had it not been for the flooding around Chichester!
