I just landed a nice event photo job subject to agreeing terms.

It is an upmarket charity fund raiser ball.
Does anyone have any experience with something like this?
What is the going rate for prints?
Is it best to print on site or via online album?
How much commision should I pay?

+ any other advice is always welcome.

You have to pay them commision? I've never done anything like this but it seems a bit odd to me. Do you expect to be able to charge people for photographs taken of them at the event or are you supplying images for the organisers?
 
Hi Andrew, you will probably sell more if you print at the event then put them online after. Unless the organizers have asked for a commision, you should see it as you are giving them a service which is value add to their event.

Also, make sure you get it all down on paper before hand, including who owns the copyright.
