Essential tremors

Does anyone suffer from who know someone who suffers from "essential tremors"? I only ask, because they are part of a whole collection of symptoms which I have had from March 2021. They are starting to make my life totally unbearable. Last night I was unable to use cutlery, I can barely write anymore, food prep is an absolute nightmare.

I'm really sorry Andy. I've no useful advice to give, but that must be incredibly frustrating.

It must be awful. I presume you've tried to reduce the possibility that it is "aggravated by emotional stress, fatigue, caffeine or temperature extremes" in your case?
