My old Canon printer died last July so I bit the bullet and splashed out and bought the latest A3+ offering from Epson - the P700. It printed perfectly almost straight out of the box, no calibrations needed except a small amount of lightening. Then I started to get miss-feeds with ordinary 80gsm paper when printing letters and spoke to Epson. They started the ball rolling, but in the meantime I thought I had found the problem when I loaded 100gsm paper the feed was perfect, as was thicker inkjet paper, so called off their service. The quality of the prints are superb. BUT- that too has now virtually died because it refuses to load any paper at all or if it does it feeds it straight through and out again.

I spoke to a nice chap at Epson this morning and following his instructions I did everything he said to get it to work - but absolutely nothing. As it is under guarantee, I have been promised another as a replacement by Monday or Tuesday delivered to my door, so I cannot fault their customer service. Full marks to them.
