Previously I've been printing borderless 6x4's from PS, with no problems. What I've noticed with Aperture (Output / Print Image) is the image is cropped (it seems to be a few mm all round), and the resulting print has approx 3mm border on the right hand side in landscape (or bottom in portrait) only.

Trawling Google I found a reference to the 'Expansion' setting under Epson Page Layout settings in the driver. However, this is already set to Max (which appears to be the default).

Under Layout in the Aperture print dialogue I have tried selecting/deselecting 'crop image to fill' but that makes no difference to the above problem. Have checked the Epson Webiste for the latest OSX driver, but that was not updated. It seems to be some kind of issue with Aperture (3.1).

As a workaround, I output to PS then print from there.

Anyone have a similar experience/suggestion/solution?

you set it to mid or min to reduce the expand of the image when you choose borderless

Thanks for your reply. Tried mid and then min - all I get is more white border. It seems the expansion set at Max is, maybe, off centre - its expanding, but off to one side, resulting in the aforementioned white border.

Paper is set at 10x15cm sheet feed borderless...

EDIT: I also tried printing from another camera (a compact) and without crop image to fill there's loads of white border. On the preview, crop image to fill seems to fill edge-to-edge. But then the output is same as above.
