I've tried a couple of systems on mine, firstly refillable cartridges which were ok but messy, also the ink supplied was nowhere near the quality of Epsom. I then bought the permajet ciss system for it at great expense, inks much better (though still could reproduce as many colours as epson ones) but made some great prints, problem is it used to block all the time if left for more than a week and would then need 3 or 4 cleaning cycles to sort it. The tubing also jammed sometimes and seemed to shrink in length in cold weather.
The permajet system went in the bin last month and I'm now back to using original cartridges again. Hasn't blocked since and colours and consistency are much better. I can also use paper manufactures profiles again and get consistent results.
