Some good tips and advice in the latest issue of EOS Magazine on shooting weddings, handy for me as I have my second one coming up in about two weeks.

This leads to an OT question, pink tie and grey shirt - work or no work??

on a man - pink anything???

I've not got mine yet!

It takes a real man to wear pink Steep. Prove you're masculinity and go for it.

Got mine this morning ....agree its a good read.

Firstly trainers and a suit don't go!!! See page 55 :)

Regards getting the mag, http://www.eos-magazine.com/Magazine/Magazine.html

You can subscribe here. It's an excellent mag (sent quarterly). Look also at the back catalogue. Some excellent material.

IMHO the wedding tips are ok and handy for someone doing this as a hobby. To recommend a 17-85 IS though, I thought was poor. I could not shoot a wedding with this lens! Also says the 24-105 is "ideal". Well I use it and it's great for outdoor formals but not inside a lowly lit church

You really need f2.8 lenses (and faster).

We're not all members of CPS :)

I need another body!

I'd avoid a grey shirt at a wedding!

Good for a mid-tone exposure though, Jon ;)

  You didn't go and make a comment related to photography there did you Janice???

Whatever next? I feel dirty and sullied :D :naughty:

I always aim to shock! And 2 negatives make a positive!

(There, "negative"...another ref to photography!) :D
