Im always interested in the whacky and Free Energy Devices, although I think they are out there, are more than likely owned by the big energy companies as they dont want to lose out.

I came across this video, his channel is very entertaining. Even if you're not interested in the science (I cant understand any of it), its worth a 5 minute watch.

 
Well that's 12 minutes of my life I won't get back (and is one of the reasons I have 3 screens....)

Just to test my understanding, can anybody help with the following questions:

1. Am I right that he's waiting on a part that doesn't yet exist to make this useful?
2. See the bit where he says "output may go down when you put some load on it". That bit looks important to me, right?
3. If it really is free energy (and I have a loose grasp of some of the reasons why it can't be) then who cares what it costs?
