No
been some exciting matches - England could go either way ....... and after their performance against India the W Indies can still win if Chris Gayle fails

Unfortunately I cannot watch it as we don't have Sky - so I'll be stuck in front of the computer

I hope and also think that England will win

What do you reckon?

If England bat and bowl and field again as they did on Wednesday, and fire again on all cylinders, they'll win!

...If ...

I'd love them to win.
It's the one form of cricket I enjoy watching.
But my money's on WI.
Very happy if they prove me wrong :D

I very much hope so.

The appointment of Strauss, his apointment of Bayliss, selectors finally being made to wake up and the realisation of how to play white ball cricket, all hail Professor Brendan McCullum, have all been justified already.

Winning would cement it all into place for a generation.

It could go either way though.

I hope so, I've been watching the matches and we are hitting form at exactly the right time. Could do with winning the toss and fielding first though...

IIRC, that was Peter Cook's method of betting. He'd bet on the opposition so if his team (?Spurs?) were beaten, he could celebrate taking money off the bookies and if they won, he didn't mind losing the money.

Who'll win? No idea! Hope it's an entertaining match whoever lifts the trophy.

Yup, the 'emotional hedge'.

Beecher's Brook? ;)

FWIW, you missed out one other name, who I suspect might be the really important one, because the team had already shown radical and rapid change before Trevor Bayliss arrived!

I think Paul Farbrace is the real unsung hero of English cricket!

the more I read the latest about them, (the W I's) - the more I worry

not long now - just done this mornings job, cleaning and exercising the chain saw

so who will win the toss .............. pray it is England and put the Windies in to bat

I hope Geoffrey is no where near the commentary box
