Hi

can anyone point me towards a Photoshop Action or Lightroom feature that will allow me to include relevent photo details on my shots automatically - i.e. iso, f-stop, shutter speed etc.....

something automated so that I can incorporate it easily into processing....
 
For Lightroom, take a look at the LR/Mogrify plugin
