Download headers only and delete direct from the server. None of this (and the far, far worse stuff) need ever arrive on your own machine.

Yep, heard of that one. Personally I would put that much effort into these things, only posted this one because I've never seen it before and found it amusing.
 
I know Kofi quite well, so i just gave him a call. He confirmed that it is legit but he couldnt be bothered to write it himself so he copy and pasted from some spam he got last week :)
