Elinchrom bayonet & bowens S fitting dimensions

I am planning a bit of DIY light modifiers but in order to work out if it is feasible and which way would be best I need to know the Diameter of these fittings.
If anyone has a few minutes would you measure yours and let me know the size, just a tape measure size is enough for me to work out which way to go.

Will see if I can measure tomorrow night, just did a conversion of an Elinchrom octa to fit a Bowens head so have both bits (blog has details of the conversion).
 
Outside diameter:
Elinchrom 121mm
S-fit 100mm
