Elements 9 to elements 13 or aperture.

Good evening all, hope you all had a good weekend.

I've wasted 3hours of mine....

Ok bare with me please.

I have elements 9 and worked fine on a Windows.

I have been converted to a Mac and will never go back to Windows again!

So any way since I have got back into photography I have been setting up elements on my iMac running 10.8 OS X.

To be quick I'm having more problems than I have trying to get my leg over with the Mrs.......

It keeps crashing when you click on preferences they won't load. When ever I click open a new box a septet white box comes up that is a pain even though you can close it.

Tried gooling the problem.

And I have come to the conclusion.

It's just generally not comparable and stable!!

So do I upgrade to Elements 13? Will this solve the problems?

Or spend half as much and use aperture that I don't know any thing about?

Has any one got any personal experience with these 3 programs on a Mac?

And can some one give me some advice on aperture please. Can it do more or less than elements ect and how easy is it to use??
