Afternoon folks.
I finally bit the bullet last week and bought myself Adobe Elements 9 for my Mac. I wanted that extra wee bit of creativity! However, I seem to be having a problem organising files. I've had a look around the forum and the Web, but I can't seem to find the answer to the issues I'm having.
I've been using Lightroom for the past few months to import and organise files, all without any problem. After some shouting :annoyed: at my Mac, Elements finally found all my picture files, although it didn't import them with the folder hierarchy I had used in Lightroom. I have now tried to organise them using Elements "smart albums" feature, nightmare :bang:. The smart albums I created were pretty simple, find files within a yearly date range. Now I find if I go into the smart albums, they have either changed the search criteria, or they bring in random files from outwith the date range!
If anyone can offer any help or advice it would be much appreciated
