So as long as its a single user licence (which it is) then you can install a second copy. Thats my understanding from reading that anyway!

The reason I asked was that I was also looking at Photoshop CS4 Student Edition for my son (he's at uni) and it seemed to say that this could only go on one PC - which I thought was bit harsh as most students use a laptop for university work and also a main PC if staying at home. Maybe the student edition rules & regs are tighter because of the huge discounts available?

Yeah i would imagine they put tighter rules on it due to the cost, makes sense anyway!
