Elements 8 & Auto Aligning

How can I do auto aligning for two pictures in Elements 8 ? Under Photoshop CS3 it is possible, not sure how it works in Elements 8.

If the function is not available is there a work out around it, that may give the same option under Elements.
 
In photoshp proper it's under edit align layer (you need to select both layers first) not sure if it's the same in elements, or even if it's there.
 
In Photoshop you are right it is where you mentioned, as for Elements it is not, and I do not know if this is possible, hence my email to find out some kinda workout if otherwise confirmed that this feature is not available in the Element version.
 
If you select the top layer you can use the arrow keys to "nudge" it up down left and right, and the move tool to rotate. It might help if you lower the opacity of the top layer it makes it easier to see if it's aligned.
Do you have many pics to align?
 
Thanks will give it a shot, no I do not have many pictures need this approach.
