Elements 8 advantages over Elements 7?

I'm thinking on buying either Elements 7 or Elements 8. Just wondered if the new Elements 8 was worth spending the extra on or if i should save the cah and buy 7?

I was previously using Elements 2 which was already installed on a 2nd hand PC when i bought it and using Gimp on my laptop.I've just replaced my main PC so i need to get Elements or similar to install on the new one.

Looks like neff is not on the list.

all you do is buy a second hand copy of adobe photoshop CS which i guess is around £50 then upgrade for like £160 and there you go cs4 for only £210-£220 and also its genuine so you can upgrade to cs5 aswell

software4students has it for students @ less than that

darn why aren't i a student now LOL
