Elements 12, how to deactivate on dead computer.

Hi,

I have Elements 12 and my Computer died, I have replaced the board and now Elements keeps asking me to activate with new serial as I haven't deactivated the old one,I am using the same HDD and OS, cant seem to find any way to contact Adobe to sort this out, can anybody help.

Tried that link, after jumping through the hoops, brings you to a link to their Forum, type in request ant it will start a new thread, not really able to contact them.
