Recently moved from what was previously an excellent cheap supplier (Symbio) to Octopus who managed to completely balls up the switch leaving a rather nasty taste in the mouth so to speak... So looking for another provider, ideally who accepts monthly cash payments as opposed to 'help themselves / prop up our business' direct debits which I loathe.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks
Neil

I've never noticed one that does this - I'd have a look at a switching site in order to get best value and see if they accept that type of payment. They all offer a discount for using DD so your preference is probably costing you, but I sympathise with disliking DD's.

Cash? not a chance, you might find a company that will issue a three monthly bill.
But not using DD will knock you out of any deals i suspect.

I'm with Bulb, I can set exact DD amount I want to pay via their website and they will give me an estimate on whether that's enough or too much. You can perhaps set £1 DD and then pay the difference whenever you feel the need.

If you sign up with my referral, we both get £50 towards our bill: www.bulb.me/wuyanx3253
Thanks!

Octopus
is my choice , No problems at all

Thanks all...will certainly investigate Bulb, so thanks for the suggestion
