Electra Masterlite continuous lighting

I picked up a couple of these lighting panels recently, but it seems that most distributors have stopped selling them due to inconsistent quality/number of returns. They go by the name of both Electra and Excelar, and the manufacturer is a company in the far east called Ekasilp.

I don't suppose anyone knows of any current stockists, particularly of the softboxes to go with either the 1000 or 1500 panels?
