Hi all,

I shall be visiting Edinburgh over the next week or so and have tickets for the military tattoo on Monday evening.

Never been before, so does anyone know if they let you in with DSLRs?
What about long lenses too? I've been turned away from football matches before - something to do with the players privacy. Will I be ok at the tattoo?

Wife, Handbag, Sorted. Not sure on the rules to be fair. I think you would get away with it.

you can take them in but they ask you not to use flash, they are offering £500 for the best photograph taken of the tattoo, so its maybe worth a shot, got to tell you *** room is pretty tight, dont take anything too big...
 
Be prepared to get wet tattoo notorious for rain
