I have just made my first sale on ebay uk auction. I have received instructions from ebay to send goods to the buyers address. When I look on my new paypal account it shows the same buyers address but a different name. In order to cover myself against all possible problems what name should I use? Hope I'm not being over cautious here. Thanks
 
It could be two people within the same household using the same ebay account. An ebay account can have multiple names and addresses and the buyer selects which one they want the item to be sent to, so it won't necessarily the same as the account owner.
If you want confirmation before sending, just message the buyer through ebay.
 
Use the PayPal address and name for full cover , check the money is in your PayPal balance before sending though
 
If you use the facility provided by Ebay to buy postage and print the label then you can have no problems with either name or address - any mistakes are Ebay's responsibility. You also get a small discount on the postage - second class small parcel is £3.20 but will cost you £3.00.
