I do have one question though, what authority does judge judy have? I mean are they private claims or something? What's the equivalent over here?
 
What a load of s**t that was, I cant believe people actually watch that.
 
Judge Judy Rocks! She's a Judge in New York City with many years of experience. She sits alone these days hearing civil claims and counter claims. She doesn't suffer fools gladly, and despite a great sense of humour she rules the courtroom with a rod of iron. I can't say I've ever seen her make a judgement yet I've remotely disagreed with.

AFAIK the plaintiff and the defendant sign a legal agreement to uphold whatever Judge Judy decides. It's not a real court as such but each person is legally bound to do what the Judge says. Great stuff.

It is great to expose people like Kelli on that video. :nono: :gag: I have been a victim of e-bay scammers and so has most of the people I know - albeit for small amounts. Great stuff Judge Judy :razz: :woot: :woot:
