I've recently sold my motorcycle on eBay. I've since become aware that a business seller is using the picture I took of my bike to advertise exhausts. I sent them a message politely asking them to remove it, but they've not replied and its still there.

What would you do?
 
you can contact ebay to ask them to remove it however i once had a similar issue with an ebay auction where another person just took my photoes to advertise his item. when i mailed him he just told me to stuff off and never got a reply from ebay.
 
keep going back to ebay with proof of the offending site/item for sale. It worked for me.
 
Finally had a reply when I said I was reporting him/her, saying they'll take the image down.
