Yes
Probably a really stupid question but I very rarely use ebay and when I do I always start my items at 1p. Does this mean that no matter what I sell I'll only be charged £3? How does the PayPal thing work? Are they still whatever percentage they take? 5% or so?

Essentially yes, £3 fee for eBay plus the (4%?) for PayPal if they pay using PayPal of course.

The £1 one was better sold a £600 lens for a quid plus p.p fees

Thanks for the heads up, forgot I got the offer, so just removed a high value item and reinstated it after accepting the offer

So this is an individual offer received by email ?
Yes mate. Another question. Do I have to inform anyone or add codes to listings or does it simply apply the £3 final fee to all sales during the period?

Automatic, as long as you officially "accept" the offer prior to listing, just be aware of any conditions, usually must finish within 30 days, relisting will incur full fees as will second chance offers in event of non payers, prob more but those were headline ones I recall previously...

Cheers mate. Found the accept bit just after I posted.

They run something like this every month or so for the weekend. Essential for selling anything of value. Then some fool comes along, and takes out your listing without any intention of actually buying...
