Eagle madness

Wow that's got some balls! It looks like it lost some feathers on way down (not surprising after watching that)
 
Either very hungry or very stupid ... or both :)

I find this video confusing.

Mark's comment about it being a falconer's bird certainly sounds reasonable, especially as there is the sequence of the bird flying over the camera at about 20 seconds, but I'm surprised the eagle wasn't killed, or badly injured, by being rolled on a few time by what looks like a chamois which, so Wikipedia says, weigh 30 kg plus.

I've heard of eagles spooking their prey causing it to run over a cliff but I can't think what it intended to do with claws in the chamois's back. It couldn't lift the chamois off the ground. Interesting bit of film nevertheless.
