Has anyone used this guy?
Prices seem excellent, no tax or VAT he claims? I've asked him about this, but would prefer if someone here has used him (or her???) One of my neighbours has asked me for an opinion as she's looking for a point and shoot.

Looking at his auctions, he uses normal US post so the only way he can guarantee no taxes is to lie about the items value on the customs declaration. Fine for you if it works, Fine for you if it doesn't

That said he seems genuine, his feedback looks ok though he's not got a high score.

I had an email from him yesterday after I asked about VAT/duty etc - sounds like he just puts the item as a gift and declares a low value - as far as I'm concerned it's not worth the risk

Yea, asked the question and he puts goods down as "returned from repair" Too much of a risk, I'm afraid!!
