E.bay have upped there postage game at last

Not listed anything for a while due to e.bay’s restrictions on postage , however I just listed something this morning and you can now specify which Royal Mail service to use either tracked 24/ 48 or special delivery . Looks like they have listened to sellers for a change

Had a look and RMSD max insurance is now £500 via Ebay

i thought RMSD was always £500 unless when you are buying it the PO you buy the extra.

Before eBay changed the rules re posting you had the option of taking item it to the post office and asking for the extra insurance. With current eBay postage rules you don't have that option.
I always used RMSD for high value stuff, don't know if extra insurance is available with the other couriers on eBay.
