I currently use PL7.6 but there was an amendment in the 'terms' from v7.7 where unlike the initial one off online registration verification, there is a need for it to 'phone home' IIRC every 37 days. If not AFAIK it will fail to function.
There has been some discussion on the DxO community forum about this and what it might mean for the future of PL.....................perhaps going subscription 'under the radar' so to speak
@MichaelWPlant do have any insight on this and as such have you been picking up any wider disgruntlement about this change to the terms???
