Just found this on the internet. It is not the Elite version, so it lacks quite a few "bells and whistles", but it might prove to be useful to someone, see:

They just equire your e-mail address to mail you an activation code and a download link for either Windows or Mac.
You can check whether or not your camer is supported here:
