DVD Slideshow maker (falling petals?) - Advice?

Hi,

I was at a wedding fayre today and noticed one of the photographers had a dvd slideshow up of an engagement shoot he done and it had falling petals or flowers on the screen around the photos.

Can anyone tell me what this software is?

Or can anyone recommend a good dvd slideshow maker for wedding photos?
 
Hi don't have a link for the slideshow, it was at a venue. Can you recommend any dvd slideshow makers for photos?

The slideshow he created flicked through all the photos with petals etc falling down around them. If anyone has any ideas?
