I seem to be having a problem with dust spots when using a couple of my lenses and I'm looking for some advice. I think the dust is inside, as the glass is clean.when I clean them and take test shots indoors they seem fine, but after a few shots outside the dust appears on the images again. Don't think it's an issue with the camera, as it does not affect the images when I use my prime lenses. Attached image shows the problem, above the tree to the right

Can I check them or get them cleaned?

Try looking through the lens front to back. This sometimes helps to show any in lens objects. Also dust will show up more at smaller apertures.

They are sensor dust spots, not on your lenses at all - sensor needs a blow/clean to remove them.
You can see them clearly by shooting a light clear surface at f16 or above.

If you've dust on your sensor, you have a few choices - you can ignore it and edit it out of your photos, you can have it cleaned or clean it yourself...

I use a Lenspen SensorKlear for cleaning the sensor - it's not a wet clean and is easy to use

Try the Rocket blower first as Lez325 linked , its surprising how much dust it will shift, that
would be my first option before spending to much.

Thanks for the advice, looks like I'll be shopping for some cleaning bits this weekend

cheap enough and that's all I ever had to use so far and we are here to help

Les ;)
