Duel lens camera.. how to stitch and time lapse images?

Hi all, I wondered if someone could help?

I've recently purchased a Tikee camera from enlaps and am looking for a way to process the resulting images offline. The camera is Duel lens and produces a number of left and right jpegs.

I'm trying to find some software that is capable of batch stitching sequential left and right images prior to me creating the time lapse.

Any suggestions?
