Was recommended to the forum by a friend, I am a complete beginner but hopefully not for long. Been after a new hobby for a while and shooting pics won hands down over tightrope walking and bungie jumping.
Picking up my 1st DSLR this coming weekend. Gone for a Sony A55, it ticks all the boxes and love the size. I know that there are a load of anti-Sony-bods out there, but after reading review after review it seemed to offer just as much as the other more popular brands and the Live View & HDvid is to my liking.
Hope to get lots of hints, tips and the odd bargain as well.
