Flying to Greece (Rhodes) in September and want to take my dslr and just one lens Sigma 17-50. Now I have two bag options a lowpro photo 200 or Amazon basics backpack. Need either as my ipad is also going in.

Flying with jet2 from Manchester was wondering if it will meet size requirements had a look and I think it does.

If your question is what I think it is, Googling the Jet2 cabin bag dimensions and comparing them to the stated dimensions of the two bags would be the useful thing to do. Why not just give us the three sets of dimensions to compare?

Unless you want someone else to Google them for you?

I've just looked at both those bags and to be honest I wouldn't think about taking a bag that large for one camera and mounted lens. Personally for a DSLR and Sigma 17-50mm I'd take a small holster style bag... unless you intend carrying the ipad when out shooting but even then I think those bags look too big and overkill and I'd rather have two smaller bags, one for the camera and another for the ipad if carrying them both.

Just on the hand luggage size question, not that I'd risk an oversized bag but my hand luggage has never once been checked for size at Manchester or any other airport but maybe it just looks too small to check :D I normally take a soft sports bag which is easily large enough for two DSLR holster bags and chargers etc and some clothes and has end pockets big enough for travel documents and an ipad.

I just thought the photo sport because they asked to take all electrical items out and place in the tray last year and it's easy to access. iPad would go in the main compartment.
