For those of you who use DSCL what settings do you use when you upload your pics, IE they have settings for pro prints which means they don't really make any adjustments, but for amateur prints i believe they do a bit of colour highlighting and lightning of the prints, the reason i ask was i had some delivered today which have came out a bit dark, whereas the last ones i had done where fine, on both occasions i used the pro option, so just wondered if anyone else has used the other option and what results you got, many thanks for the feedback :)

is your monior calibrated, do you use dscls printer profiles or do you use srgb.

i use the pro options. My screen is calibrated and I use DSCL profiles for Lustre paper and I can't fault the prints whatsoever.

Thats where i am making my mistake then, i never seen the DSCL printer profiles, although as i said the last few times i never had a problem, so i wondered why now, but thanks for the feedback i will take a look at this

I've always used their profile, but find it's important to increase your saturation a touch as the colours are often muted.

I've only ever ordered their lustre finish prints, but always send as sRGB with Pro options and they come back perfect.... maybe I'm just lucky.

I did order one corrected print from them once to see what is was like, and it was bloody awful!
