Works at the 24 end but not the 12

Where should i send it for repair

Or just dump it on to ebay for spares repairs?

They did a repair and re-calibration on a 28-75mm f/2.8 lens for me about a year ago. Total cost, including shipping back to me, was less than £50 and the lens was as sharp as a tack when I got it back.
