As i have now ordered a Phantom 4 Pro drone i will need to think about filters. Which filters are deemed necessary and what makes are best? Thanks.

Certainly get some ND filters to get the the correct SS, I'd recommend PolarPro filters, I've tried a few and think they are the best :

I would try it without the filters first. I shoot everything at 4K 60fps with a high shutter speed so that I can pull sharp stills from the video if needed. I know it's traditional to shoot at a shutter speed of double the frame rate, but I think people are now more accustomed to seeing the much sharper high frame rate, high shutter speed images from drones/gopros etc. and to be honest I prefer that much sharper look.
But if you want to try filters go with the dji originals they as they are the same fit as the existing clear filter that comes on the front phantom camera.
