"Drawing Failed" on Windows Pic and Fax viewer

I keep getting this while browsing through my folders of JPEGs. Sometimes it comes up, but a quick refresh works fine, so it seems to be a randomly intermittent problem.

Looking around the net via my google wu (Which isn't strong tonight), it seems its a recently common problem for a few people.

Anyone else experience this?

I think I may have narrowed it down to recently.

It seems to be narrowed down to JPEGS that have been created out of lightroom, since late June / early July.

Does that sound possible Janice?

I get it sometimes, especially when browing a folder, next, next, next
When it happens just go previous, next and it seems to work
v bizarre!

Yep thats what I do. Hence me knowing its a seemingly random problem.

Also, I roll my mousewheel to zoom in and out and that can make the error appear (or disappear)
