DPP4 help again please

Guys somehow some of my pictures in certain dates have a sort of pen and national speed limit sign(black whiter reversed) on them. These I can't figure out how to view at normal size. could someone please point my towards a away of undoing this. It's for sure it's me that has caused this ,but I can't work out how.

I am not sure to understand you well but I will try this:
Maybe your files were "locked" in the camera by mistake. This is
a protection against accidental erase/trash. The only way, that is if
I got you right, is to bring the files back in the original camera and
from the menu unlock them.

If I misunderstood you, please reformulate more precisely your problem.
 
DPP4 is not compatible with all Canon camera raw files. So I guess you were using one of the bodies not yet on DPP4.

Try an update of 4 if not use 3.

I have DPP 3 and 4 on my PC as 4 won't edit my G15 raw files but it will do my 1Div.

What camera were the photos taken with?

You can download DPP 4.0 now, free of charge, from Canon Europe’s support site here. Just click on your camera - EOS-1D X, EOS-1D C, EOS 5D Mark III or EOS 6D - and select DPP 4.0 from the software options to download.
 
Daniel many thanks,everything is fine now,simply i've been an idiot and Martin has got it spot on.

Martin yes it's the old files from my 550D which are showing this logo and yes of course they don't work in DPP4. Martin I know this I've just been a moron tis all,i'm damn grateful for you pointing this out though I can't believe I've been so dumb,I simply forgot how little time I've had my 1Div for.

Martin I run both programmes too(ieDPP3 and4), part of my problem I think,or leastways something I would like to address is by default anything I load from either the 1Div or my 550D appears in both programmes,which is basically something I don't really want to happen. Is there anyway to load files from the 550D into DPP3 only and the same with the mark iv files going only to DPP4?

Martin Daniel,please forgive the slow reply,once again I seem to have not hit submit,I answered you both some days back. Thanks for the help you have saved me a goodly amount of time,as I really thought I had inadvertantly done something to cause this and have been trying to work out what for ages.

Thanks Martin,I just use the eos utility but they seem to load where they load,I suspect both being "hosted" in the same place,as if I delete a pic in DPP3 it disappears from DPP4 aswell. I'dlike to figure out if there is an option where by I can send one lot to 3 and the others to 4, directly.This might be easier for me .

I uploaded DPP 3.14 a few days ago. To use with 7D. However the noise reduction component dose not work. Will be uninstalling it later to day. Then reinstalling my original DPP from disc. Has any body else had this problem.
